Alexander is aBolivian-qualified lawyer with experience in litigation before Bolivian courts,and in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

His experienceincludes acting as counsel in disputes in infrastructure, construction, energy,and natural resources, as well as in white-collar matters. He has beenrecognized by Legal 500 (Bolivia) in Dispute Resolution and Energy and NaturalResources.

Prior to joiningHanotiau Tossens Goldman, Alexander interned with Hanotiau & van den Berg(2025) and worked in La Paz, Bolivia, at Wayar & von Borries (2021–2024)and Aguilar, Aguilar & Asociados (2017–2021).
